International charting singer-songwriter Toy Taha from Philadelphia, PA returns with a new era in music following the success of her original single “Thrill Is Gone,” which became her highest streamed single to date and charted on iTunes and Apple Music in multiple countries including: Germany, Tunisia, Nepal, Mali and more. Now continuing to share her most intimate, autobiographical tunes, this time in the form of a soul awakening with her new single entitled, “Heirlooms.” The next highly-anticipated release is set for arrival September 20th, 2024. 

Taha previously charted in the United Kingdom on Global Soul (the only data driven chart) landing at #2. Following, she garnered success in Germany and the Philippines on the iTunes All Genres and R&B/Soul charts and also, numerous indie soul and radio charts in the US and the UK with her 2022 project, EIGHT, which she re-emerged with after an eight year hiatus from music. EIGHT featured two infectious breakout singles, the empowering self-love anthem “Loving On Me” and the sensual, passionate melody “Suite EFX.” Both lead singles were written and arranged by Toy Taha and produced by Grammy Award winning producer Dreamlife.

Taha is known for showcasing her songwriting ability, storytelling and prowess with emotive vocals and lyrics immersed in themes of nostalgia, empowerment, sexuality and declarations of love. Artistically, Taha is noted to fuse genres of R&B, midnight soul, jazz, quiet storm, blues and pop. Toy Taha is the sole writer and arranger of all of her music.
